My Father was an Auctioneer who established his business in 1958. From an early age I gained a vast knowledge in all aspects of the Auctioneering business. I set up my own Business in 1976 trading as
Nicholas O’ Sullivan & Assoc.
We are a member firm of the I.P.A.V. - "The Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers". We are also a Member Firm of the C.E..I. “The Confederation of European Estate Agents” This is one of Europe’s largest Professional Organisations with well over 25,000 members from hundreds of Cities in thirteen European Countries which include: Germany, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands to mention just some.
This gives us access to a vast Market of both Vendors and Purchasers. People can deal with us in confidence bearing in mind that we are qualified members of the above Institutes.
